Created a functioning explosion for the Rocket Launcher
Finally created my own scene to work in (CarterTestScene)
Created the RocketExplosion script, this lets objects on collision add force to wherever is lands and then destroys itself.
Attempted to create a particle system to go off when the rocket launcher shoots something but of yet am having difficulty doing so.
